Hi Ladies. I thought I would just post some progress photos below. I have never really been one to take photos and never thought of the idea until recently. I do not have any pictures from when I started at the beginning so I hope this will suffice. The one on the left was taken on the 21st May and the one on the left taken on the 13th of June. This takes it to 3 weeks apart. I think there is quite a big difference considering I had injuries. This was achieved purely from counting macros, doing weight lifting and some cardio.
