Before you start looking through my site I want to tell you a bit about myself and why I have decided to set up this blog. It’s not because I want to make money out of it, I simply want to help others. When I first started out in the fitness world, I had no idea what I was doing. I went to the safe zone of pure cardio. When I felt like that wasn’t working for me, I was at a total loss. I tried to look online for advice and women who have been in the same position to find out how they overcame it… I couldn’t find a thing! Because of this, I want to write this blog and dedicate it to all the women out there that are at a loss or are just starting out on their fitness journey. I have been through it all. The confusion, the tears and the happiness of results and I want to share my story with you. My aim is to help you either achieve your fitness goals and set some new ones for you. I will be posting general fitness tips, food ideas, my own workouts etc. so hopefully you will be able to get some inspiration on your journey.
I would just like to point out that I am not one of these Gymshark athletes you see on Y (it’s a dream though!). I don’t have rock hard abs and the biggest butt in the world. I do have muffin tops and very VERY stubborn lower belly fat but that’s OK. I’m OK with that. My aim one day would be to shred that of course. I would be lying if I said it doesn’t bother me but it’s all about the journey. Even if I jut inspire or at least guide one person, at least that’s one person that is a step closer to understanding and achieving their fitness goals. If you are someone who can benefit from this or knows someone who can then please refer them to this. I think it will be very useful. Even if I haven’t posted a chosen topic that you would like me to discuss. I would love for you to get in contact with me and ask. I will obviously answer you on email but will also dedicate a post to it as well.
