Look at me doing arm day. I look so focused. This is what dedication looks like at it’s finest. I was so in the zone and motivated. I hardly do arm day. I think because I focus on other aspects of my body I don’t learn to fully appreciate toned arms. When I do do arm day though, I lift HEAVY!!! Well, heavy for me anyway. My aim is to build muscle on the arm rather than lose the fat. My workout consisted of:
- Bicep Curls – 10 reps, 3 sets, 8kg
- Tricep Raises – 10 reps, 3 sets, 12kg
- Dumbbell One Arm Row – 10 reps, 3 sets, 10kg
- Tricep Pull downs – 10 reps, 4 sets, 10kg
- Cable Standing Bicep Curls – 10 reps, 4 sets, 10kg
I say little arm day because I cannot last long doing arms. Butt on the other hand, I can spend 2 hours doing that. Arms, probably about 30 minutes. They get worn out easily. That’s just because I don’t do them. I try to aim to do all the muscle groups in a week, sometimes twice. For example, I’ll do legs and glutes twice a week but only do back, biceps and triceps once. In the future, I hope to share my full workout with you either by video or pictures like I have done today.
