Your favourite day is here… ABS!!! Many of you want that flat tummy and I’m going to tell you the workout you need in order to achieve it. This is the workout that I have recently created and am absolutely in love with. It’s a killer but it’ll work:
- Russian Twists – 20 reps, 3 sets, 5kg hand weight
- Jackknife Sit Up – 10 reps, 3 sets
- Scissor Kicks – 20 reps, 3 sets
- Side Plank Dips – 10 reps, 3 sets (each side)
- Bicycle Crunch – 10 reps, 3 sets
- Crunch – 10 reps, 3 sets
Complete each set once without stopping and then take a minute break. Repeat 3 times. This is what I have recently learnt. The less breaks you take, the quicker your results will come. This will hurt but you have to push your body through it!
